Not sure why he was sneaking up on that high fly.....why not just run over there and get under it?
If the sun is bothering you.....why not use the glasses perched on your hat?
Then followed up by a bad angle that turned a single into a double.
After Strahm was cruising too.

I think we've caught a break that we don't play the Dodgers basically for the first month of the season.
Maybe they will slow down a tick by the time we do?

Sensational win last night! A lot of unsung heroes like Lauer hanging tough for another couple innings after what looked like an impossible hole -- MadBum was just cruising through lineup early-- to Hosmer working a walk from 0-2 in front of Tatis, Margot being productive, etc.
LOVE it!!

At the start of the game i was thinking last night would have been a good time to start Myers at 1b and get Renfroe and Reyes into the lineup at the same time.
Tough lefthander for Hosmer....good chance for some extra offense with Reyes and Renfroe.
Also,while our OF defense would be suspect the Giants offense would have been a good one to try this on.
It turned out great and there's no telling what would have happened if Reyes wasn't able to come in off the bench for that game winner.

Another great start and clutch hitting. Hope for a split or better in Arizona. Heard Avila is getting a start. Let's see what he's got. Keep it going, I know it's early but it nice being 8 and 5 instead of 4 and 9.

Erlin being optioned .... likely for the minimum of 10 days baring an injury to another pitcher.
Probably something we should get used to as they want to give the extra rest to the young arms thus limiting the innings over the length of the season.
Hopefully Avila has a decent outing ... might even get two starts during the 10 day span.

Too early to over react BUT a bit concerned about Urias' offensive approach (and results).
Had not seen him actually play much but all the reports were top line bat to ball skills. In his time up in SD seems to be over swinging and NOT focused on contact ... not catching up to those 93 MPH FB.
Add an aside ... while almost all of the players seem to be upbeat and energetic ... Urias seems down.
Am I seeing more than what exists or is something else going on?
