Made it to the NLCS……I don’t think even the most optimistic of us “expected” the World Series.
We all hoped….but with no Tatis,and beating the Mets and dodgers,we definitely over achieved.
I’m not giving up completely…..but I am already looking forward to next May when Tatis/Machado/Soto is a real thing in the lineup.
Our lineup will definitely be better next year and maybe we get a good #4 and flyer for #5 in the rotation. The depth of this postseason run will hopefully pump Seidler up to make a another run than make a conservative turn.

So.., Bob is saving Hader for tomorrow? Or for next year? Or for when?, He did this the whole f.... year, stood waaay too long with starters, relievers, always trying to get one more out

Whoever is the advance scout for the Padres needs to be reassigned. To let Harper & Schwarber beat you is stupid. Why wasn't Harper pitched up and in only? Why was Stott ever thrown a breaking ball? Castellanos & Hoskins should only be thrown pitches on the outer half. Smoltz keep explaining what to do, but we kept doing the opposite of what he said. Do I need to go on? You can't be too prideful. Unbelievable. So disappointing!

Does he try to bunt his way on?
Wet field….good speed…two guys on…maybe they make a bad throw or it’s a perfect bunt?
Minimum get the guy to third ?
