Yes! Would so love to win both leagues! It's got to be killing Soddies, Gore, & Patino to think where they'd be WITH those 2 P!
Great point on rivalries; when guys arrive as rookies, they may have seen a LOT of some of the guys in their MLB division with only 8 teams in Texas & Cal Leagues....

Who knows why he didn't play, it could be any reason. The point is he is already 6'3" at 16yrs old. They say he could grow into a 6'4", 225lb player with big power. Supposedly he has a very short, quick left-handed swing and he hits everything hard and has an advanced approach. He also currently has 70-speed and 70-defense. What else could we want? Yes we will have to wait and he has no guarantees. But if he turns out he could be exactly what our Padres need. If he can hit, he will be able to hit right-handers. Oh well, he will be part of the next generation.

As other players drop off MLB's top 100 ... others are added.
Campusano just entered the Top 100 at #100 (and #8 catcher). Should be interesting how he is placed this winter when the full list is reslotted.

He should be around #60. He far outfit the 3 catchers right ahead of him.

This is the only video that I could find of Ismael Mena. Imagine if this guy adds some muscle! He is already hitting them out with a very calm swing and little bird arms. One of these also mentions Trammell's problems this year and why as well as Campusano possibly moving up prospect lists. Looks like the next wave of prospects will be great as well as this current one. I am seriously excited! This team has a chance to be great and stay that way for a while!
