In 2018 only Joey was + in WAR all others were in - negative WAR territory.. Pretty nice turn around .. As far as Adrian Martinez.....he has amazing stuff but did not pitch well in 2018.

Has he made a change this year or has he just “learned how to pitch”?

Has he been helped by improved coaching as he’s moved up a level?

Could he be pitching his way into the top 30?

He is only in the minors to get work on his arm, it doesn't matter who he faces. We already know he can get major league hitters out. I am sure there are more pitchers they want to see compete in AA than A ball. Minors is for kids to build experience and prove themselves. Richards is only there for rehab.
