I doubt he will return this year. I did a similar injury to my leg on Feb 24th. Spiral fracture of the Tibia and a multiple fracture of the fibula. metal rod attached to tibia through the knee and a plate with multiple screws holding the fibula together. It's been going on 18 weeks and I can't walk anywhere close to normal let alone run at all. There is no flexibility or strength in the ankle. I know what he is going through right now with the pain and I hope he will recover and is able to continue his career. I have always liked Naylor and wish him well.

Thank you for the nice comment . I am getting around without a cane or anything now, just trying to walk correctly and allow the rest of the healing to finnish . I've been told up to a year for swelling to go away but at least there's no pain.

At only 28 and with the DH probably coming to the NL … he will turn down the $11MM mutual option and try to really capitalize on this season. Mulit-year deal seems in the cards.
