Looks like Feliciano has bought out Walter( and others) and is now 100% owner of Chelsea FC.
This guy has A LOT of money🤑
Also fun watching the Duds owner scrambling for cash.

Quote from MrPadre19 on September 25, 2026, 11:30 amIt’s pretty interesting with the Marlins are doing.
Instead of having their top starters through a Bullpen session 2 days after a start, they’re having them throw an inning on the field in a game.Sandy Alcantara and Eury Perez even at 80% are better than most of their relievers.
I could see this becoming a trend.
I mean, they’re throwing 20-30 pitches at 80-90% in the Pen anyway

Alcantara and Perez have both really been struggling for the last month plus. Having them throw even more when it seems like they're fading late in the season seems like a bad idea to me.

It’s the concept that’s interesting….not so much the participants

I do think it's interesting. On some level I do give them credit for trying something different towards the end of a lost season. It's probably not going to hurt anything. I'm just a little surprised they're risking putting any additional stress on their 2 most valuable arms and I have a hard time seeing it as something that could translate over a full season.

Quote from Jeremy Hill on September 26, 2026, 2:27 pmIt's kind of wild watching Justin Verlander walk off the mound for the last time 22 years after we passed on him.

Quote from WindsorUK on October 16, 2026, 6:27 amHaving Milwaukee, and either Tampa Bay or Cleveland in the Series is TOTALLY going to screw the owners narrative going into this lockout!
Those teams sit 17, 19, and 26 in team salary rankings. Whilst most of the top 10 made the playoffs ( god, the Mets suck😂), none are currently playing for the title.
Still, I'd LOVE to see a cap in MLB, just like the NFL. Pete Rozelle parroted the term " parody" over and over. Well, now the NFL trounces the MLB in revenue( nearly double!) and TV ratings. And that's AFTER they've taken out A LOT of the brutal stuff that most people use to tune in for. And it sure seems, no matter the size of your market, EVERY team has a shot.
Whatever comes of this lockout, I just hope it ends quickly. I really look forward to the new baseball season 🤙🏽
