The Padres don't deserve to win this game...Manaea is just as bad as Clevinger. They both have thrown their last pitches as Padres...disgusting

This isn’t Little League, everyone doesn’t have to play!! What the eff is Manaea doing in the game. Terrible managing by Melvin.

Yep if we end up losing this game it'll be well deserved. He's managing like we're ahead in the series. There was no reason to try to steal another inning with Manaea.

Martinez and Crismatt can each throw 50+ pitches, that would have gotten us to Suarez and Hader.

Who’s gonna pitch tomorrow after Yu?
We could have been looking at 3 more games with zero off days.
We had to hope we could get 4-5 out of Clev/Manaea.
Blame AJ if anyone….you can’t play 7 playoff games in 8 days with 3 starters.

Down 2-1 you use your best guys to get the win. Manaea never should have come back out. Ask Garcia, Suarez and Hader to go multiple innings if you have to. Worry about tomorrow when you get there.

Sure….seems obvious now.
But obviously the plan was to not burn the entire BP with 3 games to go with no off days.

He hasn’t pitched in 4 games.
