Padres Vs. Brewers April 13-16

We are right in the middle of the pack (15th) in runs scored.
6th in HR's.
Getting Tatis back will make a huge difference...but all teams have periods of offensive struggle.
We notice ours more because we are paying closer attention.

Getting Tatis back should and SHOULD NOT matter.
Yes, he is a great talent, but we have a lot of talent on this team. There are quite a few players on this team; all of them not named Bogaerts or Cruz, that need to look in the mirror/pull their heads out and right their own ship.
There is no way this team should ever lose to a team that is starting by Colin Rea. Give me a friggin break!

That's why they play 162 games.
We seem to "always" make below average pitchers look like Cy Young candidates....but so does every other team a game here and a game there.
We just don't watch them all to notice theirs.
It's frustrating....Cronenworth,Soto,even Manny aren't hitting like they should/will.
I don't mention Kim and Nola because they aren't expected to be guys who carry the team offensively.
We'll be fine....at least there isn't a team in our Division, or league,that is 13-0

Looks like Lauer is going for the Brewers tonight now and Peralta is going tomorrow.

Pathetic start to the season. Listless, uninterested, and extremely boring to watch or follow.
Interested to see the impact of Tatis return on this group. Seems we have a lot of vets getting “fat and lazy” on their new deals.
I know, I know….it’s only 15 games into the season.

I agree, this is not what championship teams do!
Astros were a lot worse at this point last yr.. just saying

Hit the damn ball and drive in the runners on base already!
