... but still 2 MM > MLBTR prediction of 6 MM. I'm very happy with our trades.

Hank had 755 ML homeruns, and 5 in the Negro League. My hope is that since MLB has decided to add Negro League stats into the MLB stats that when they go back through the records, and they find an additional 3 homeruns for a total of 8 for Aaron, and he can rightfully take his place as the ML leader of HRs!

Quote from WindsorUK on January 22, 2021, 1:15 pmI just can't EVER think of Bonds as the HR title holder. Hell, Barry wasn't even a prolific homerun hitter until, what, literally half way through his career?
As much as I enjoy what Anabolic Steroids have done for power( both on the mound and at the plate), I have a hard time appreciating the overall numbers the " abusers" have put up.

So just $1 mil less than we are paying Blake Snell.

Or, devil's advocate, we could have had G. Richards PLUS Patino, Mejia, Wilcox, & Hunt all still in our system...
... moot point since Richards was not going to return. And Snell is way > Richards. But unlike the other 2 SP trades that were "win" no brainers IMO, the Snell trade could REALLY hurt down the road. He has to be closer to the Cy Young year than he was last year for this trade to be a win for us. BUT he did prove he could shut down LAD in playoffs, which is massively important.
