Around the League...non Padres

Don't forget about Al Kaline and Tom Seaver.....

Of course......

Have we ever lost that many legends in such a short period of time?

Bad year, man.

Still 2 1/2 months to go.

I can’t even imagine what’s next.

Margot has had a decent year and we've been waiting for that kind of season for years in San Diego.  I'm happy for him.  Renfroe has been Renfroe - a few big moments but mostly nothing.  Hope Tampa does well, as they have this year, against the Yankees.

So far so good...   Margot!   Happy for him!

Really happy for Margot.

This may be the signature point of his career....these playoffs, but I still don't see him ever being an All Star level everyday player.

Yeh, don’t see him achieving All-Star levels but he has shown enough in the regular season offensively and has the defense to be in the ML for quite awhile ... maybe even a starter for a number of teams (given there is such a shortage of adequate CF).

Good for him ... liked him despite his sub-optimal performance for the Padres.

He reminds me of Kevin Pillar as far as his skill set.

Great defense....just enough offense to stay relative with brief stints of production.

Not an everyday player on this Padre team.

Go Braves! 🙂  (Up 2-0 in NLCS)
