To be fair to Ultratvfan, were the Dodgers wrong to suggest Houston was cheating a few years?

Not even remotely the same. Suggesting that they're juicing because guys that have always thrown hard are throwing hard is pathetic.

If you're going to suggest a team was cheating you need to have some tangible evidence to back it up. No one should entertain allegations like that without it. Maybe my reaction was harsh, but without evidence suggesting they're cheating after they beat us is BS. They beat us so they must be cheating isn't a point of view anyone should support. As far as I know this forum doesn't have a block function. I really don't think this is that serious. You can handle it however you see fit.

That's an incredible amount of money for a #4 or #5 SP, if the Reds were a contending team. Reds, however, need much more then Martinez so put this one in the head-scratcher category for me. Martinez would be a fool not to accept unless he's looking for a longer term deal and doesn't think he can repeat his success in 2024 so wants security at a lower annual salary.
