Negative, I will never root for the LAD to win.
Play better SD and it wont matter.

Quote from BoosterSD on July 22, 2022, 9:50 amJazz Chisholm out for 6 weeks with a stress fracture in the back.
Gotta wonder if that changes MIA approach to the trade deadline.
Does it make them buyers or sellers now??

They dropped 4 straight to Phillies before the break. It looks like they will sell now..

Sure looks like sellers …. 49 losses and would have to pass STL and SF (44 losses) and PHIL (43 losses). Making up 6 losses and passing 3 teams is a low odds bet given this late in the season.

Quote from MrPadre19 on July 22, 2022, 11:07 amOnly one I'd want from the Fish is Pablo Lopez and i don't see them trading him.
Soler is basically a more expensive Voit.
Cooper is a slightly better Eric Hosmer.
Aguilar maybe....but not really.

Agree … the few interesting targets are clearly not going to be on the market. The old, over paid, underperforming will be … not much for a two month sprint in 2022.

Quote from Jeremy Hill on July 22, 2022, 1:08 pmI think Cooper is underrated. He's a really good hitter that's had trouble staying healthy. I seem to remember something about AJ asking about him in the past too. I think we've been linked to Jon Berti in the past as well. That could be an interesting pickup if they thought he could handle CF.

Berti we would have for 3 Arb years so sign me up.....but,his forte' is his legs and he's currently out with a groin.
Does he come back 100% and help us in the 2nd half or?
Cooper through next year.....I just don't think he's enough of an upgrade over Hosmer or Voit to trade anything of real value,or to expect a big boost in offense......their numbers are very similar this year.
