2022 Season

PreviousPage 82 of 87Next

I’m happy we have meaningful games in September….but every loss is excruciating.

Can’t help but think of all the games we could/should have won earlier in the year that would given us a bigger lead this time of the season.

Now we gotta win in Coors……🙄

Yeah Coors followed by the Dodgers is rough. I saw that we have lost 13 out of our last 14 in Colorado. They're going to have to find a way to win some games. The Brewers are playing the Reds and have a pretty soft schedule remaining. The Phillies are playing the Braves, but they have 7 games left against the Cubs and Nats before finishing against the Astros. It's time for the boys to step up and grab their spot in the playoffs.

Nah we are 0-0 at Coors with this newly constructed team.. we won 5 of 6 at Petco vs Rockies.. I am expecting our boys to Deliver a series Win .. and why not a Sweep of the Rockies

Manaea for us in game 1 and Freeland for them in game 3 is concerning.

Manaea at Coors?

Freeland has owned us.

But yes....that is why they play the games.

We could sweep them and it could not even be close......or

What they did at Petco hardly matters. We're playing the park more than the team. The Rockies are 40-38 at home and 24-48 on the road. The home field advantage is ridiculous. We've been playing well recently and it seems like there's a sense of urgency, so I think they'll find a way to win. That park still makes me nervous though.

The PHI lost, and MIL are done 4 in the bottom of the 8th. Keep the pedal down and keep adding to the score, and will be a really good day for us.

Groome was pulled early from his start.

Expect to see him this weekend to give us some flexibility in the rotation if/when we wrap up the WC.

Who can be (and would be) optioned (or released) to make room for Groome? Morejon?

Hader, Morejon, Hill, and Wilson have options … the rest don’t.
