With the caveat that, as mentioned in another thread, I get the difference between "speed" and "baserunning" ... I just found this page at fangraphs.com which let's one find the guys with the best "speed" scouting ranking ...

From today's DFR ...
Second baseman Xavier Edwards had slumped earlier in the month, going 1-for-22 in a stretch this week and 6-for-47 overall. But the dynamo switch-hitter has found his groove again heading into the playoffs. Edwards had a single, double and walk in four trips to the plate and swiped a pair of bases Saturday. He’s reached base in eight of his last 13 trips to the plate, pushing his on-base percentage for Elsinore back up to .348. The 20-year-old has converted on 14 of his 16 stolen base attempts in 45 Cal League games.

Edwards, the Padres' No. 5 prospect, batted .322/.375/.396 between Class A and Class A Advanced this season. He blends an advanced plate approach with elite athleticism, and it was all on display Tuesday night.
Edwards led off the game with a single, then he walked and stole a base in the fourth. Defensively, he moved between second base and shortstop from inning to inning. He will continue to play both spots in the San Diego system.

Xavier Edwards is the only 2B on the squad, so expect to see plenty of him as Team USA looks to qualify for the Olympics next month.

Me either. Solid D, success at each level of exposure. Seems to just get better. OBP +. Athletic and fast. More upside than Urias IMO. I raised an eye brow with the Urias trade, but understood. But it seems like we are giving up a lot here, and seems like we are selling low on Renfroe.
I thought he would be a key contributor in 2022-23.
