Padres take game 1. Just what we expected.

Nando and Higgy go deep. King was outstanding striking out 12 and no walks. The BP and Suarez was solid.

The Padres were 4-3 against the Braves in the regular season. Those 3 losses Vasquez and Waldren pitched and they did not make the post season roster. Also, the Padres did not yet have Hoeing, Adam and Scott.
