We aren't and we did... 2 R at Petco in 5.1 IP ain't bad... could of and should have been 3 or more if Wil does get picked off/CS in the 1st... Manny followed single ..then Drury single.... plus pitch count would have been like 40.

Profar 2 hits.. Azocar had a hit and drove one to the warning track.. Kim had a knock..Profar in a 1 for 29 slump got 2 hits.. Wil got a hit and a BB... the bats woke up a little... while we didn't score runs like we would like .. we definetely got enough hits to score more.. just not at the right time except Bell...

I think these grind through D and P games with just enough Scoring to W ..build a team stronger ... and I believe this will help us down the road... Garcia and Martinez closing  is also a very good thing.. and will be instrumental in post season pressures

Much happier with that combo than Hader....for now.

Closing by committee will be fine with me. Plenty of our guys have that experience so not worried. Be a helluva lot more worried force feeding a one trick pony.
