The ESPN crew is really going out of their way to make excuses for Scherzer and give the Padres no credit. This is embarrassing for a national broadcast.

Agree, see anything that says something is wrong with Scherzer. Ummm he is SD bitch recently.

Scherzer is lucky Camarena is not in the line up tonight, score would be even more lopsided.

They've given the Braves and Dodgers more credit for this game than the Padres.

Emma Stone in NYC, and repping SD wearing a brown and orange SD jacket. Knew I loved her! 🙂

I was telling the same thing to my friend. No energy in those home run calls. They were really talking up the Mets.

Good decisive win tonight. 1 down, 12 to go!

Snellzilla ready for task at hand.. Bring us Home Dog..LFGSDP!

Tonight would be a REALLY good time for Soto to show why we traded our 5 best prospects for him.

And here's to Snell being second half Snell! A dominant outing from him and we're on our way back home.

Go Pads!

I’ve lived in CT the past 8 years and I got tickets for tonight’s game. My dad flew out here last night and we get to go together. A pretty incredible experience for us to share regardless but win tonight would be pretty special! Go Padres!

Would anyone be surprised if Snell threw 7 shutout innings or 4 innings with no control ? Lets hope for typical postseason stats from him ( 2.83 ERA)
