With the day off on Thursday … guessing they roll on Darvish, Wacha, Snell, and Lugo on 4 days rest then make a call vs STL next Tuesday when it would be Hill’s turn.

Not a lot of choices … and might depend on how well the Padres perform until then … but given Hill has not looked good might see the move to Avila but probably sets-up bullpen day.
