Sounds like they're at least going to try to get the game in tonight. In other news Nola went on the paternity list. They called up Liberato and DFA'D Cam Gallagher.

I guess the got into a bind with Drury not ready to come off the IL and Nola to the paternity list … not sure what happened to Batten in EP (not starting tonight). Gallagher was the logical DFA.

Liberato is 26, LHH, and plays all three OF slots (primarily a CF). So, some defensive security for the weekend. Nice (but not great) season in EP. When Nola returns, no guarentee that Liberato is optioned given the work of Beaty in his return. Both are LHH.

All I know is that this hurricane off of Baja is really screwing up the offshore fishing.....if the Padres get rained out and the fishing sucks......bummer of a weekend in San Diego

The latest update is that they're hoping to start at 7:20.

Jake made it worth sticking with it til the end. That was one helluva performance by the bullpen.

5 scoreless. And overall Pads SO 12 and BB only 2 Dodgers.  Amazing Pitching by SDP!
