Padres vs Brewers June 2-5

Hiura singled. He hit Wong and Caratini.

After this game, this is were Melvin will make his money. He can not allow this team to have a let down. Rally up and split the series, or take the final 3 and leave 3 and 1.

When Manny hit that HR to make it 5-0 and it was all smiles in the dugout was I the only one that was thinking…..”not so fast guys” after what happened last night?

Can someone tell Mud that azucar is sugar in Spanish and not azocar. 😑

His teammates call him sugar because of how close his last name is.

Musgrove has a 2nd no-hitter in the works? This brightens my day!

I can see his price going up pitch by pitch.

His pitch count was going to make it tough. He looked gassed in 7th and more in the 8th. What gem nonetheless.

That was the best the offense has looked in awhile. Hopefully they can carry it forward and build some momentum. Seidler should just hand Musgrove a blank check next time he sees him.

7/180...hurry before it becomes 8/220

For what it’s worth I do think Joe is one who “may”do as Tony did and stay for some sort of discount.

He has every reason to want to stay in SD.

More than any other we’ve had since Tony…..Agon was the last but we traded him away instead.

I’m not suggesting he’s going to leave 10’s of millions on the table…..but we’re gonna have to really low ball him to not get this done.

Sure wish they had got this done before the season started…..hindsight.

I don’t know who would have thought he’d be the best Starter in the NL at this point……
