We got the fight we wanted. We got our chances but just didn't pull through. Errors are a wash since both teams had them. Came down to Hill vs Price and Price won.

The errors are not a wash, even though both teams had 3. LADs errors only led to 1 run, SDs lead to 5 runs.

Agree. Tatis' was an absolute killer b/c it was an "unforced error"; totally uneccy. Maybe they would have ultimately scored later, but it led directly from 2-1 up to 4-2 down. 2 from ER & another one a wild pitch or something.

The only defense I’d give him is there should have been someone at the bag to receive the throw.
Still,he saved a run making the stop itself....sometimes that needs to be enough.

In fairness to (I think) Cronenworth .... he was positioned deep and towards the RF line which made that sprint to 2B difficult to be there to receive any throw.
Tatis probably should have eaten that ball rather than winging it if he did not see 2B covered. Tough to do in the heat of the moment.

Have I ever mentioned I hate the Dodgers?
Betts is the only one I kind of like and even he is guilty by association.
Its not only because they beat us all the time either......well,that’s most of it.

Two nights in a row staying up all damn night just to see the Dodgers celebrate on our field!
Our only hope now is to take down Bauer tomorrow.

Ugggh. Kershaw owns us. No other way to say it.
Thought Pham had tied it there. 10% catch probability. No one but Betts in RF makes that catch. Pham's luck has just SUCKED so far.
Hats off to Darvish for going blow for blow with Kershaw like that. Of course 30 seconds after I start watching is when he walks Kershaw with 2 outs, bases loaded, his only earned run. Doesn't matter if we can't score.
