If he needs labrum surgery he would be out at least till September.

Maybe get him a start or two per week.....I know that's a bold move but it's not like AJ hasn't been making these types of

I know one thing...we don't want to fall 6-8 games behind the Duds by the AS break.

Not saying Abrams will prevent that...just that we need to do what's best for winning "now" no matter what that is.

Subluxation in and of itself does not have to be a long term issue. Strengthening the shoulder area( deltoid, rotator cuff, lats, traps, etc.) could have him back in a short while( certainly before the break)

Now if it's a labrum tear, he's done for 2021.

It's a bit shocking that he's had this issue since the minors. Other than this spring, have we heard of it before?

Agree.  There's a 40-man issue with Abrams (& Gore) that once they're on roster, they're not moving off roster, which in turn is going to force some other depth piece off 40-man even if they are in the minors.
