We need to stop saying believe all women.  We want woman to speak up when they have been wronged but my goodness, this guy was targeted, had a padres pitcher encouraging the targeting, it’s a sad situation

I don’t think anyone will sign him, the football “punt god” proved his accusation was a fake as well and the NFL hasn’t let him back.

I read some of the reports ... really nothing new from the time the police / DA decided not to press charges. Most of us knew the character / history of the woman. This just stops the litigation for civil damages.

However, if you followed Bauer all the way back to UCLA ... he has always been a jerk (both on and off the field) so don't let him off the hook because he was not guilty of the worst of the actions.

Don't want this guy anywhere around the Padres let alone in the clubhouse ... pretty sure most MLB teams feel the same way.
