Game 3 Lineup
1. Arraez 1B
2. Bogaerts SS
3. Machado 3B
4. Sheets DH
5. Gonzalez RF
6. Iglesias 2B
7. Heyward LF
8. Lockridge CF
9. Maldonado C

Need to win this one, after the game got away from them last night. A .500 road trip is a lot better than a 2 and 4 road trip, especially when 3 are against OAK.

Padres take the series and did it without Tatis, Cronenworth and Merrill.

Pitching was outstanding. Vasquez has been pitching like he is the ace of the team. Much better than last year. I wonder why Schildt took him out after 5 IP when his pitch count was only 61. We will see how he does against the tough Cubs next week.

Bring on the Rockies!

GO PADRES!

With the day off tomorrow you might as well use your bullpen, which has been very good to start the season.

The Padres are the first team to 10 wins.

Also A's were bring up the top of their line-up for what would have been the 3rd time. Vasquez being a finesse pitcher might be vulnerable to a HR or just a string of hits with the hitter being more attuned to his stuff.

Pen has been dominate ... Butler / Soderstrom are LHH ... so Morejon made some sense as a total different look being a LHP with velocity.

No complaint when they win.
