I would call Bogaerts 2023 as inconsistent. He came out of the gates in April great and finished in Sept great. July was OK. Jun and Aug were below average. May was terrible. When all was said and done he netted out somewhat below his history.
In the midst of all that was the ups and downs of the wrist problems.
April 2024 is a lot like May 2023. Hopefully we see his 2023 April emerge in a coming month in 2024. Too long a successful history not to rebound to near normal unless that wrist is a bigger issue than we have been lead to believe.
