Rogers made me watch the 9th inning with my eyes covered.

Most underrated player has to be Crismatt . What a job he has done. Nothing flashy , just gets outs

This is every pitch Blake Snell makes for me.

Sure hope he finally figures out it’s OK to throw strikes with the stuff he has.

It’s like he tries too much to get the hitter to chase and then ends up 3-1 on every guy and out of the game in the 4th.

If he just threw the ball where C wanted it and didn't worry about perfect pitches he would have 1 2 3 innings on 3 or 4 pitches outs...and Dominate ...a lazy fly ball on a 0-1 count is better than a SO on a 9 pitch PA....Just trust IT Snellzilla... GO PADRES...season series Win tonight!

Just a chance the Snell’s command issues are not mental but physical … don’t mean injury based … but just can’t keep his body coordinated to repeat the same motion. If so, at that point, “concentrating” to repeat the motion may actually inhibit the motion that is successful.

If so, would think that is not correctable. Padres need to make the decision as to whether getting limited outstanding performances mixed with clunkers is valuable for a 5th/6th starter. Maybe questionable in 2022 given the alternatives but maybe still an asset for 2023 given the potential departures from the SP.
