I might be wrong, but I think It was a curveball that got away and It barely hit him in the foot, now Shildt was awesome in that situation, on purpose ir not he lighted the fire for sure
I thought Don and Mudcat said it was a 92mph fastball?

Actually it was definitely a fastball.
I think the fact it was so low persuaded the Umps it wasn’t enough to toss him…it shouldn’t have been.
First pitch after the warning against the guy they’re all upset with?
Gore should have been tossed.

I also heard fastball from Don and Mud but at 98 mph! Wonder what would have happened if Profar charged the mound after getting hit? Showed class and restraint unlike Winker and Ruiz, who apparently were trying to instigate something. When Machado hit that home run, it was something you're hoping for but thought would never happen. I got right back on mlb.com and put in another 5 votes for Profar and Machado!

You are right, It was a fastball, 98, blue should have tossed him, period.

I, like the rest of you, am completely over watching us trot out David Peralta's corpse. Bryce Johnson is not an answer. Given the likelihood that Nando's IL stay lasts longer than 10 days, we need to find a different solution.
Not much in the cupboard right now, but of the options, I think it's time we give Tirso a shot. He look solid in ST and has had a fine season up to this point... Not a spectacular option, but quite possibly a better solution than what we've tried so far (plus it's probably time we find out what he's got, anyway).

Okay. I'm starting to warm up to Higashioka. Dude can't hit for squat but as long as he keeps throwing dudes out and hitting bombs, happy to see him in there.

Can't be mad at a sweep, but the inability to close out blowouts is slightly frustrating.
