Soto fails again in the clutch … the rookie pitcher went right after him and won the battle.

At what point does Melvin move him BEHIND Manny?

He hits for s**t in front of him, may as well try behind?

Not impressed AT ALL by Soto....yet.....

We’re getting beat by Ryne Nelson and Stone Garrett.

As Jake Cronenworth just watches strike 3 right down the middle.

Am I the only one that would rather see Azocar or Rosario than Beaty?

.093?

Maybe the Padres need to call Roman or one of the other ED companies MLB seems to bombard us with commercials for. Maybe they can find a way to fix this limp dick offense.

Forget about this one guys, if we only had a couple of good hitters to complement our offense, maybe Soto and Bell from the Nats, what do you think? Ooh wait... 🙁

The Padres are just hard to watch at this point. They are BORING. Even more boring than they were before the trade. How is that even possible?

Honestly, it was more fun for me to dream on the futures of Abrams, Gore, Hassell, Susana and especially Wood than it is to actually WATCH Bell, Drury, Hader and Soto fail in real time. That's just sad.

Agree, any idea if we wouldve  been worse the last 7 years if we kept all those guys traded? going back to Trea Truner, Max Fried, Naylor, Quantrill, including all the others that didnt pan out, like you said It would be more fun, and maybe It would hurt less, a lot less

Agree, watching the Padres is about as exciting as watching paint dry.
