Yeah..........about that starting pitching and bullpen..............YIKES!!!!
20 runs? It would take us a week to score that many runs.
At least Meyers has come to life.

I wanted to see Spangy on the mound.....could not have been any worse

Not sure who is going (seems to be an few good choices) but Miguel Diaz has been seen in the Padres clubhouse so apparently has been called up from AA. First of last year's Rule 5 guys to return.
Pitched well in AA ... in spurts ... except for control issues.

Diaz has some “nasty” stuff!
The more I see of him and Castillo I see no reason not to get what we can for Stammen and Yates......or even Hand.
Diaz and Castillo need to be in our bullpen next season.

I am usually not a proponent of the sacrifice bunt on a poor offensive team.
However......WTH was Green thinking not bunting Galvis with Spangy on first in a tie game in the 13th on the road?
