Hits would be good.
Is Minnesota a hitters Park? If so, be nice to see Soto get his groove back.
Does Soto have much trade value, with a year and a half left on his contract?

This is the 1-9 line up I have been waiting to see all season. Hope they scores some runs tonight.

MUCH better line-up!
The top 6 is what I've been thinking. I'd still prefer Grisham in front of Tatis( 9,1). Trent more likely to get fastballs with FTJ behind him. And we all know where Trent deposits fastballs!

Leadoff double and can’t score….off of Emilio Pagan for Gwynns sake!?
If it wasn’t for the Twins 3 errors in one inning we wouldn’t have a lead in this game.
We can’t continue having one guy with a good game and everyone else going 0-4 or 1-5.
Scoring 6-7 runs one game then going 4 or 5 games in a row scoring 3 or less isn’t going to win us many series

Tatis, Bogaerts and Crone all go hitless tonight and what happens? Soto goes 4-4 and Manny goes 2-5 with a HR in the 9th inning. THIS is the way the Padres offense is supposed to look! One, two, even 3 stars can have a bad night, yet we still have the hits coming in. Keep it up.

Crone reached base 2 times.. This lineup is perfect.. Crone was always our #2 hitter.. til Soto got here.. Crone doesn't mind the 2.. Manny always best at 3..and Soto SLG the best .585 (before tonight) from the 4th...
BTW Soto now leads the Padres in OPS .. .833
