Gilbert was really good and the Mariners made some nice plays on the few hard hit balls we did manage. It's sad to see what was a really good effort on a bullpen day wasted. I understand that it's more complicated with him being a catcher. I also understand that Sanchez has been swinging the bat well too and they want to get the new guys going at DH. I still think Campusano needed to be in the lineup after what he did yesterday. Lastly, I'm not trying to blame the loss on him, but I also have to say Doug Eddings is awful. He's just behind Angel Hernandez in the umpires I never want to see category.

Woo was put on the IL. It sounds like we'll be seeing Emerson Hancock make his MLB debut.
