As things stand I think sending down Avila, Gore, Lamet and Crismatt down would be the most likely. Wilson looks too good to send down. It would be a little unfair to Crismatt, but if everyone is healthy Martinez replaces him as the long man. Ideally we could find a trade to help the offense though.

I think Avila and Crismatt are easy to send down if Clevinger and Snell are ready by 1 May.  The next one out is probably Lamet, because he really hasn't fully established himself as a RP - is he a long man or a 1 inning pitcher essentially taking the place of Adams.  Lamet also has options as do Avila and Crismatt.  Of the remaining pitchers, only Gore, Hill and Wilson have options (actually so does Musgrove but he's not going anywhere!), so with two starters coming back you'd almost have to send down Gore unless there is another injury or a trade.  It could be Snell stays down a little longer in rehab, so they may want to see 2 more starts by Gore before deciding what to do.

Since I watched the game on my laptop with no sound, when I saw the play and then the review of the play by the umpires, I really thought they were reviewing to see if Stephenson had not given Voit a lane to the plate. It really looks to me that Stephenson leaned his body into the line that Voit had taken to try and avoid Stephenson. The umpires basically ruled that it was fair play both ways, and just unfortunate contact. Reds manager after the game even said that he didnt have a problem with the slide, and was just more concerned about seeing his catcher on the ground.

As far as Pham, I just see it as sour grapes. He sees his former team with a chance to make the playoffs and SD didnt want him. And the only team that would sign is not going to do anything this season. And his attitude is probably why nobody really wanted him.
