This kid has done nothing but hit.
Do we assume he starts in LE next season?

Quote from fenn68 on August 28, 2018, 2:07 pmMight see Miller at all three slots in LE next season. As I recall his main draft point was his advanced college bat and the thought was that he would move off SS. 2B was the thought but don't see why 3B is also not an option (not much power but if his bat plays that still works).
Given Arias' finishing flourish in FW ... likely he is the #1 SS in LE next season.

Owen Miller playing SS for San Antonio ... interesting!
... to which Commie sez ...
Maybe a signal that he is the AA SS next year with Arias at LE?

Quote from WindsorUK on September 9, 2018, 7:47 amIf Miller is in San Antonio next year, Arias in LE, and I'm guessing Guerra in San Diego, will Tatis be recovered in time to start in El Paso? If not, how do the cards fall?
Stop gap AAAA player to bridge the gap?
Or do they throw Miller in at the deep end and see how he fares in AAA until Fernando is ready?

Biggest sleeper in the system and maybe a really deep one.
Kyle Glaser: I’m not sure Owen Miller is a sleeper, but I think he will have a better big league career than some of the more high profile international signings. He can flat out hit and he’s moving fast.
