We all thought this was something!

I am certain he doesn't want to leave San Diego and I am also certain Seidler and Preller do not want him to leave San Diego....but would we pay that?

I have a feeling someone (Cubs/Yankees/?) would pay it or at least close.

Then how does that effect Soto?

I used to not think this was going to be an issue....then after seeing the deals signed by Judge/Correa/Turner I'm no longer so sure.

I'd feel a lot better if AJ and Peter would go ahead and lock him up now.

I think Manny needs to be locked up before the season starts to be 💯.. otherwise we will be in a world of hurt come next offseason... He has earned whatever amount of $$ Seidler wants to give him.. we have the means to replace him on the field.. Xander slides ro 3B/Kim at SS /Crone to 2B...find a 1B... But he is our Captain and leader and not sure we can replace that... I still don't know how we keep all 4 (Tatis and Xander are locked for 10+ yrs) But out of all 4 .. Manny is the one we can least afford to lose...

Finding an Eric Lauer type from this 1st ripple of a wave (Groome/Avila/*Wethers/Khner) would be HUGE..

I am xheering hard for the young lefty who came into the MLB like a lighting Bolt before leg problems killed him around the AS break..

How about Manny to the Mets (Correa to 2B) and Othani to the LAD and Darvish back to the Cubs (he loves CHI)? NYY sign Hader and Snell?

Priority #1 Manny Manny Manny for the next 10yrs.. enjoyed all of Gwynn's career.. would love 15 yrs (overall) of Machado.

IF I CANT have #1..

Then #2 Manny to Orioles and Othani 10/500 to SD
