Chicago Cubs at San Diego Padres: April 27-29

This team looks dead!

Being outplayed, by the White Sox, at home.

Management needs to make a move to do something to shake these guys up. It's far too early to be dogging it.

I'm sitting Tatis for at least a few games until he pulls his head out. I'd bench Cronenworth for Song, I'd alternate Fermin and Campusano daily.

Find AB's for Castellanos to see if he's worth keeping, get Sheets and France more consistent AB's as well.

Short of a MAJOR cash infusion by the new owners, this team doesn't look promising.

Ugh...bases loaded, no one out and we can't even sniff a run.

Man, that was a brutal game ending to an even more brutal game, and the most brutal series. It seems Ike at least once every year these guys choke against an inferior opponent at home, which ultimately costs them at the end of the year.

Hoping this is just a hiccup but I'm not sure where to look for optimism? A league average group of starters or a bottom 10 offense( who has little to no power and no speed, and certainly no urgency!)?

I'm sure we'll win another game at some point......

Why are you posting to the Cubs thread and not the White Sox thread?

Crap.... wrong Chicago team😖
