Quote from MrPadre19 on October 24, 2018, 2:14 pmIf Hudson Potts is listed correctly as our "23rd" rated prospect then our system is not only #1 in MLB this season
it may be the #1 system of all time.

Will be interesting where he is slotted by MLBPipeline when the do their winter update in a couple of months.

Reports are that Allen has improved defensively and so far through AA has justified his selection for a small/mid-sized college program for his hitting chops. His development coupled with moving to AAA might make it easier for the Padres to deal Hedges or Mejia for a player / prospect in a position of need (now / near term).

Quote from MrPadre19 on November 4, 2018, 12:57 pmYeah I saw he won the MVP and was like....”Whaaaat”?
I watched most of the game but had to sign off around the 7th inning.
I saw Reed look bad twice in his first two AB’s so was pretty surprised when I saw he was MVP.
I am really looking forward to seeing if he can recover next season in AA and continue his climb to an everyday job in CF at Petco.
Next year is going to be critical for Margot and Reed I think.
