I just read that the Pirates, who were 1-12 in the games preceding their sweep of San Diego, have subsequently gone 4-13.
This is as slam dunk a sweep as you can get, and yet... I know they won't. This team cannot get its shit together.

I wish somebody would´ve told Darvish that tonight wasn´t the game were he could have and off night, we are one week from the trade deadline and trying to establish firmly as a buyer, apparently he didn´t get the memo 🙁

This was supposed to be the year I didn’t stay up way too late and go to bed way too angry way too many times.
I guess at least they sped up the games this year so it’s 30 minutes earlier than it could have been.
Where is our 8 game winning streak?…hell I’ll take a 4 game streak!
So damn frustrating!

This team hasn’t been able to firmly establish itself as anything but a below average team in 100 games.
We may as well sell……

What really sucks about the way we’ve been playing is that the Giants have lost 6 in a row and the D Backs are about to lose their 5th in a row and we can’t catch up because we can’t win more than 2 in a row.

Kim is the SUPERIOR player to Xander Bogaerts- defensively, base running, power, hitting.....
Xander needs a new position.....or preferably, a new address.

Isn't Avila a starting pitcher? Why pull him out, using more pitchers, when you're down by 4?

You know what is sad, I would trade our starting 9 for the Reds starting 9 in a heartbeat. They are exciting and hungry, we are dull and fat.
