You would think that accidentally Snell would have ONE quick inning.
I mean….When was the last time he had a 10 pitch or less inning?

Profar has a 10 pitch ab and hits a lead off double……and we can’t score a run.
Not a good start after Snells 42 pitch 1st giving up 3.

AJ , you have 14 days ( when Suarez returns from IL ) to find a trade for Hill . I know it's 1 appearance but wow, 97 with control and looked effortless . Morejon looked like a difference maker . Also Pomeranz should be back soon and if he can be 80 % as good as before we might have our bullpen set.
I had been thinking that trading Darvish would be our best move to free up 20 Million for Musgrove but last night he reminded me why that would be a bad idea .

Watched the Mets broadcast last night since I live in Connecticut...a few things...might have caught a break with Alonso and Marte probably out for tonight's game. While they have dealt with the DeGrom and Sherzer injuries just fine, the broadcast mentioned how much those two injuries seemed to suck the life out of the Mets and that between those injuries and the three hit batters, the Mets seemed like they were just deflated. That being said, Morejon looked good last night! If he can continue to pitch like that, then we just filled a big time need with him and hopefully Pomeranz can follow and we can pick up something for Hill as alluded to by 84.
Need to capitalize tonight and get a big series win before a very favorable 19 game stretch before the Dodgers

And you guys keep forgetting Castillo! He's the top left-handed power option in our system and by all accounts, he's ready for SD.
Agree on Hill. Package him with Snell and see what you can get.
