Game 2 Sunday April 30th 1:05pm PDT

SD Yu Darvish vs SF Alex Cobb

Lets Go Padres!...

Finish April 💪 Strong 💪

Tough way to give up two runs, thats gotta hurt!

Musgrove hanging that curve ball today. Probably has something to do with the altitude, like Colorado.

The home run derby came early this year.

Today just shows us why Mexico City would never be a good place to have an MLB team, in my opinion we already have more than enough with the Rockies

Unfortunately for Mexico City, I agree that ML shouldnt have a team there. I am sure its a fine city, and they love baseball, but at what 7,000+ ft elevation, no bueno for baseball IMO.

Yeh, MLB will not have a team there … unless they require the “dead ball” to be used in games.

Somewhat lost so far is that Cosgrove came in for his 1st ML appearance … got his one batter … earned the win. Given the circumstances that should be a long fun memory.

Cruz stealing a base to go with a BIG offensive evening was great.

Nick Martinez going 6 up 6 down with 5 Ks is pretty crazy given the environment. That was fun to watch even though it didn't really feel like a major league game.
