The pressure is all on the 110 win dodgers here.

Imagine the egg on their face if they lose to their "non" rivals from down south.

Every game we win gets Tatis one game closer to a return also.

Starting LFer for a Friday night home game, versus the Dodgers at this point. I believe.

That's a lot easier than Max and Degroom Lets Go!

Rising up, back on the streetDid my time, took my chancesWent the distance, now I'm back on my feetJust a man and his will to survive
So many times it happens too fastYou change your passion for gloryDon't lose your grip on the dreams of the pastYou must fight just to keep them alive
It's the eye of the tigerIt's the thrill of the fightRising up to the challenge of our rivalAnd the last known survivorStalks his prey in the nightAnd he's watching us all with the eye of the tiger
Face to face, out in the heatHanging tough, staying hungryThey stack the odds 'til we take to the streetFor the kill with the skill to survive
It's the eye of the tigerIt's the thrill of the fightRising up to the challenge of our rivalAnd the last known survivorStalks his prey in the nightAnd he's watching us all with the eye of the tiger
Rising up straight to the topHad the guts, got the gloryWent the distance, now I'm not going to stopJust a man and his will to survive
It's the eye of the tigerIt's the thrill of the fightRising up to the challenge of our rivalAnd the last known survivorStalks his prey in the nightAnd he's watching us all with the eye of the tigerThe eye of the tigerThe eye of the tigerThe eye of the tigerThe eye of the tiger

Im a little more nervous about the game against Urias, as he has given us fits this season. Kershaw is a different story, he is getting older, has never had great success in October (done better recently), I think he is gettable. Obviously taking both in LA would be great; however, I think SD would be happy with a split in LA, and coming home to a rocking Petco at 1 and 1, with a chance to close it out in SD.

Keep winning series now, thats all that matters.

Clevinger in and Dixon out. No other changes from the WC roster.

I'd rather have another bat on the bench.....

My guess Melvin is looking at 5 games in 6 days against a powerful offensive team with two pitchers (Snell and Clevinger) whose history suggests five inning starts (at best). May just need the nine man pen to ensure not needing to use the same pitchers over and over plus could be looking at the LAD roster and is trying to cover match-ups out of the pen.

Also, think Melvin will look at the game situation an NOT stay with pitchers if showing signs of weakening … different than his approach during the regular season.
