Nick Margevicius will skip Double-A *and* Triple-A and head straight to the big leagues. In a ridiculously deep system, he's not a top 30 Padres prospect. But plenty of people think he should be. He starts Saturday and will be called up then.

It's not like he's really skipping AAA ... his first start is vs Giants 🙂 Doh!

LHP Nick Margevicius made his Sod Poodles debut after being optioned to the minor leagues last weekend. As planned, the southpaw threw just 31 pitches to get two innings of work as he allowed an earned run.
