They are coming here with a 3-game win streak. The Padres are 21-12 at home. They will be facing former Padre Seth Lugo.
Pivetta, Cease and Vasquez have all pitched better at home.

Just glad to see Tatis in the lineup. With the way they were talking after the game I thought we were going to find out he broke a bone in his hand or something.

It is BS that Suarez got 3 games, I hope he appeals it, should have been no more than 2 games in my opinion. The next 2 series against the Dog-ers could get really ugly in 2 months. Enough hitting of Shohei, start hitting Betts & Freeman. Go Pads!

Pitching was not there tonight and way too many popups. They need to make a change in their swing.
They have lost 11 of their last 16 games and fall to 6 games back.
The Padres need find way to win. Cease on the mound tomorrow.

And please, let the starters pitch through 5. Our relievers are gassed.
