Oh well......I'll be at the next three games versus the Dodgers and I'm sure the people around me will have plenty to say as they are all Padre fans that actually care.....the fun is really going to be when the wife and I get to go visit my son in Georgia and we planned it so we catch the Padres in Washington (Nationals), Atlanta ( Braves) and finish in Miami (Marlins) in July and then on the road again in August after a fishing trip and catch the Padres in Arizona (Diamondbacks) and then Colorado (Rockies) before a very cool September travel schedule to catch the Dodgers in LA then off to San Francisco (Giants) and then the Dodgers again before finishing the season in San Francisco (October) and  catch the Padres there......all the tickets, travel and accomadations are all booked and paid for....it's great to be retired and have a team that has created a buzz around the nation....rocking the Brown, Yellow and White will be a blast and I am lucky that my wife of 40 years is a die hard Padre fan and she can talk baseball with the best of em.

Take it easy, there ... my understanding of the purpose of MadFriars.com is as a source of info for the Padres farm system ... and A LOT of work goes into that ... and I appreciate that!!!  And I subscribe for that!!!

It's a good time  to be a Padres' fan ... and ... as always ... we have other good things goin' on, too 🙂

I agree with Lynch in that I believe this site is primarily a minor league centric one.

Also agree that it's great to read about what's coming to SD in the near future. I also agree with 3finger in that it's a shame there isn't more commentary on current games.

I watch when I can and comment accordingly.
