The Padres are coming off a series win against the Dodgers and in a first place tie for the NL West Title. While the Padres are battling for the NL West title, the Mariners, who are 2 games back, are battling the Astros for the AL West title.

The Padres were swept by the Mariners last May at Petco. They need to play better this time. They are fortunate to miss Gilbert, who have always been tough, and there are no starting LHPs in this series.

While the Padres are battling out with the Mariners, the Dodgers(74-57) host the Reds(68-63).

GO PADRES!

A 3-3 road trip would do the trick for me, after that they'll play 16 out of 25 games at Petco to close the season, so, they would be in a good position to make a final run for the division.

Padres need to stay sharp after that Dodgers win. Let’s hope they flip the script against Seattle this time.

The Mariners have been scuffling a bit lately. They took 2 of 3 from the A's, but they have only won 3 out of their last 11 games. It could be a good time to catch them.

And yet, I feel like this is the toughest series they have left to play.

If you mean Cal Raleigh, who has 49 HR and 106 RBI. Then, yes. IBB him.

When was the last time we had 3 HR’s in an inning?

My guess it’s been awhile
