It feels good to make one of these threads again. For once I'm jealous of MrP and the rest of you non west coast folks who might have an easier time watching this live. LFGSD!

Usually would work out really well for me in Windsor but am currently airborne, bound for San Francisco.

That said, my body clock will still be on UK time so I'm sure I'll be awake.

I could give you a call Jeremy, to wake you up? 😉

EST definitely has it easiest, although I think I'd take PST over my time zone here in Idaho. 4:05 am start time is just about the most inconvenient time possible.

Wade is starting at 3B … not Pauley.

Darvish has a good 1st inning.

Is the game on free TV? Like ESPN.

Padres 1 … LAD 0 bottom of the 3rd.

Merrill did well in 1st ML AB … got behind 0-2 but fought off some good pitches the hit a deep fly ball to CF moving Wade from 2B to 3B. Kid did look ML ready.

Bogaert gets the hit to score Wade.

Not sure how much longer Darvish can go … no runs in 3 innings but a lot of pitches as his control is off. 64 pitches in three is a lot this early in the season when condensed in 3 innings.

Wade makes a throwing error on an “easy” ground ball play to the 1st hitter in the 4th … not going to help Darvish’s pitch count.

It's on ESPN.

Cool.

As a Padres' fan since 1969, I have this sense of impending doom ...

Campy's bases-loaded-no-outs GIDP was a bummer ...

The bullpen has been AWESOME ...

Anyone else pissed at the pitch from Yu to Betts in that first AB that was clearly a strike and called a ball?

So many Padres' ABs look "not good" ...

Still too much swing and miss in Padre bats for my liking.
