The Padres are coming into this series losing 7 of their last 10 games. But, they are 12-3 in their last 15 home games. They come home facing the tough Yankees, who have played very well on the road. They will not have to face Judge or Stanton, who are both on the IL.

If the Padres want to get in the playoffs they will need to play better. They will be facng tough pitching in this series.

Keep The Faith!
GO PADRES!

The Padres have 22 games left. They are 10 games back of the Dodgers for the NL West. Actually 11 because the Dodgers own the tie breaker. It is highly unlikely they will comeback to win the NL West even though the Dodgers lost 6 of their last 9 games.

They have a better chance of trying to comeback to take the wild card top spot. They are currently a 1/2 game back of the 3rd spot and battling the Dbacks for it, which could come to to the final series of the season between the two teams at Petco

Let's sweep these guys!

We may actually need to to stay in the race.

Go Pads!

Campy sends one out to beat the Yankees.

Phillies and Dbacks lost. Cubs won. Padres back in 3rd wild card spot.

Let's take game 2.

GO PADRES!

GREAT effort by Buehler!!! Can't believe so many didn't want this guy! He's getting better as the stakes get higher!

And Campusano???? So many in the organisation, and community, said this guy couldn't catch!!!! I hold up tonight as an example that he can!!!

But just like a loss, flush this one down the drain and get ready for Saturday against the Bombers.

Let's sweep these dudes out of SoCal!

Campy didn't just hit a walk-off HR, he can catch and he threw out three runners. Let's see what Salas can do.

Luis DEFINITELY has a future in SD!

As does Salas!

As much as I like Freddy, if there's a market for him, smart management has to listen.
